It was only a 7 years ago that I was a former yoga and kindergarten teacher turned stay at home mom and seeking more out of life and my career. I was struggling with depression and anxiety, and my family was struggling financially. I became a coach to create more income from home and to rebuild my wellness as a mother and help other women do the same.

To this day, it's been one of the greatest decisions I've made.

In the past 7 years, I went from depressed, out of shape and in debt to joining our coach collective, getting the community, mentorship, workouts, nutrition programs and coaching resources that would completely rewire my habits, my body, and my life.

Since joining the team I've lost 40lbs, gotten into the best shape of my life after having 2 babies via c-section, earned luxury travel and helped thousands of women get healthy and happy alongside a growth-oriented accountability community, which keeps me inspired, and has taught me to not just how to launch a business, but how to scale and teach others to do the same.

How Does it Work?

You'll start by doing your first program with me.

We'll work together in my online accountability studio, where you'll feel supported and stay inspired with me and other new coaches, team members, and clients, who are working on themselves and doing our programming too.

Once you experience your first week on our app and in our group, I have no doubt you'll be excited to invite others to join you. You'll be launching your business almost organically! It's fun, incredibly rewarding, and of course I'll be here to support you every step of the way.

That all said, just know that there are no sales quotas or deadlines. Rather it's YOUR business, so 'your rules'. You'll start my coach training when you're ready to dig in, and I'll provide you with a blueprint to help you succeed. Our team offers a ton of support, plus training calls you can join weekly.
